Miracon™ Technologies, Inc. was incorporated by President Charles Welker in 1999, Welker sought a new generation air entrainment that would be predictably more stable, economical, and enhance the quality of concrete.
                       
With over a decade of development and experience, the company has produced an air entraining system that achieves these goals.  Under license agreement, ready-mix producers and precasters across North America as well as Europe license this technology.
